I love trying out different concealers to find the best one for me. Personally I like thicker concealers because you can use less product but cover more and they work better for me. Personally I prefer stick concealers to pot ones as they are easier to apply and you can target specific areas more easily.

The Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer is my all time favourite concealer, so when I found out they had brought out a colour correcting concealer I knew I had to try it! I bought the green shade to cover up any redness or spots on my face, and I was not disappointed!
Like the original Lasting Perfection concealer the consistency is very thick and covers up all my redness. I apply it before foundation and my foundation applies and looks the same as without it, so I am not left with any green patches on my face. It blends into my skin really well, the spongy wand allows you to easily apply as much or as little as you need so no product is wasted.
I love finding really a new really good concealer and I recently bought the Seventeen Heavy Duty Under Eye concealer. I don’t know why I hadn’t tried the Seventeen one before because it’s one of the only brands that do foundations light enough for my skin tone; so I had high hopes for their concealer.
The concealer is in a pot, which I was a bit sceptical about at first because I hadn’t tried one before. The packaging is small and compact making it easy to carry around with you. It also has a little mirror which is super handy.
When I started to get spots and red patches I looked everywhere to find the best product to hide and conceal them. I came across green concealer and heard that the Natural Collection one was amazing. I was sceptical at first as Natural Collection make up hasn’t worked that well for me in the past. However, I just wanted to hide my redness as quick and easily as possible and the Natural Collection green concealer did just that!
The concealer is in a stick, cream form which makes it easier to specifically target green areas on your skin. It rubs into your skin but leaves a green tint which counteracts with the redness on your skin. I apply the concealer before I have put on any make up, so that I can cover the green with my usual make up and to avoid any green showing.
I honestly couldn’t below that I hadn’t done a blog post on my all time favourite concealer – the Collection concealer!
The Collection Lasting Perfection concealer is the best one I have ever tried and I can’t fault it! The best thing about it for me is that the lightest shade is actually light enough for my skin tone! I know it sounds like a strange thing to like about a concealer but I find it so difficult to find a shade light enough and this is perfect.
One of my favourite and most loved make up items has to be concealers, and recently I have fallen back in love with my Rimmel London Hide the Blemish concealer. I like to use it mostly on spots or to top up my concealer throughout the day.
Firstly, can we just take a moment to appreciate that it is a stick concealer but still manages to be creamy, thick and long lasting – I mean really what more does a concealer need to do! The formula is creamy making it easy to blend into your skin. As well as it being in a stick form which helps to apply it more directly to the areas you are targeting. This concealer is definitely more of, what I like to call, a face concealer; meaning it works better on spots rather than under your eyes. It covers my spots really well and is extremely long lasting.
